Own the full development lifecycle of the company's ERP/CRM platform — a custom PHP/MySQL system covering sales, inventory, shipping, and finance. Led a phased cloud migration to DigitalOcean using binary-log replication, keeping user-visible downtime to ~10 minutes with zero data loss. Delivered a 40% performance improvement on critical data pipelines and maintain integrations with DHL, FedEx, and third-party accounting systems.

BolTech Solutions

Built GigConnect, a Progressive Web App connecting service professionals with clients — 80+ screens, Stripe payments (98.4% success rate), real-time messaging, and event ticketing. Also developed CollabApp, an Atlassian Jira Connect application with real-time diagramming using operational transformation and bidirectional Jira synchronisation.
